SCUBE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC19A3, TMEM200C, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with SCUBE3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE3-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC19A3 grouped by SCUBE3-low versus SCUBE3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
