SCUBE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCUBE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAXO1, FBXW10, and REG3G. Each is linked with SCUBE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE3-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAXO1 grouped by SCUBE3-low versus SCUBE3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
