SCUBE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,217 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMCN1, LTBP2, and EFEMP2. Each is linked with SCUBE2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE2-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCUBE2 versus HMCN1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
