SCUBE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR76, CDC7, and TAF9. Each is linked with SCUBE2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE2-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR76 grouped by SCUBE2-low versus SCUBE2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
