SCUBE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCUBE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX5, OR2D3, and OR51J1. Each is linked with SCUBE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE2-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX5 grouped by SCUBE2-low versus SCUBE2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
