Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,521 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCUBE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPA, FHL5, and DNAH7. Each is linked with SCUBE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCUBE1 versus ASPA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
