SCUBE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, FASN, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with SCUBE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by SCUBE1-low versus SCUBE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
