The most reproducible SCUBE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Chaperone-mediated autophagy, and Positive regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with SCUBE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE1 results are reported.
