SCUBE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCUBE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 270 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, HRH4, and KRTAP10-1. Each is linked with SCUBE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE1-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 grouped by SCUBE1-low versus SCUBE1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
