SCTR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCTR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCTR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP24_S415, CEP152_S1461, and TOP2B_S1524. Each is linked with SCTR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCTR-to-partner and partner-to-SCTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCTR versus ARHGAP24_S415 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
