SCTR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCTR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,829 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCTR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFUS, DBP, and WASF1. Each is linked with SCTR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCTR-to-partner and partner-to-SCTR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCTR versus GFUS in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCTR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCTR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
