SCRT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-97P, SNORD127, and IGKV1-37. Each is linked with SCRT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-97P grouped by SCRT1-low versus SCRT1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
