SCRT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCRT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,049 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTN3, ZFP41, and C17orf100. Each is linked with SCRT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRT1 versus NTN3 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
