SCRN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,026 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUD7B, S100A8, and DCAF7. Each is linked with SCRN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRN3-to-partner and partner-to-SCRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRN3 versus OTUD7B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
