SCRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,412 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, SORBS1, and CEBPZ. Each is linked with SCRG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRG1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRG1 versus SEPTIN7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
