Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,071 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF9, MYT1L, and PATZ1. Each is linked with SCRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRG1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCRG1 versus ARHGEF9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
