The most reproducible SCRG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration, DNA synthesis involved in DNA replication, and Eosinophil differentiation. Each is linked with SCRG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCRG1-to-partner and partner-to-SCRG1 results are reported.
