Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCP2D1-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCP2D1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A1, TCF20, and WFS1. Each is linked with SCP2D1-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCP2D1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SCP2D1-AS1 results are reported.
