SCOCP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCOCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,510 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCOCP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MIDEAS, PHKA1_S758, and NECTIN4. Each is linked with SCOCP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCOCP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCOCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCOCP1 versus MIDEAS in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCOCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCOCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
