SCNN1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCNN1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,029 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCNN1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF25, ACAP3, and LINC01786. Each is linked with SCNN1D in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNN1D-to-partner and partner-to-SCNN1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCNN1D versus TNFRSF25 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCNN1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCNN1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
