Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCNN1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,698 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCNN1D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJB11, LAMB2, and NUCKS1_S58. Each is linked with SCNN1D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNN1D-to-partner and partner-to-SCNN1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCNN1D versus DNAJB11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
