Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCNN1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,578 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCNN1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Cellular response to aldosterone, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SCNN1D in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCNN1D-to-partner and partner-to-SCNN1D results are reported.
