Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCNN1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCNN1B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SCNN1B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCNN1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where SCNN1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
