SCN9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,801 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN9A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B, MAP1B_S1427, and PPM1F. Each is linked with SCN9A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN9A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN9A versus MAP1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
