SCN9A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 356 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE6, NUMBL, and MPP6. Each is linked with SCN9A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN9A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN9A versus TLE6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
