SCN9A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN9A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, P-Cadherin, and ATM. Each is linked with SCN9A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN9A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SCN9A-low versus SCN9A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
