SCN9A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN9A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,230 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL2, RPS2, and TTLL8. Each is linked with SCN9A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN9A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL2 grouped by SCN9A-low versus SCN9A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
