SCN8A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN8A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,648 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CES4A, NMRK1, and CEP68. Each is linked with SCN8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN8A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
