SCN5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,165 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF445, CEP68, and USP11. Each is linked with SCN5A in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN5A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
