Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,127 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN4B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, SEPTIN7, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with SCN4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN4B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN4B results are reported.
