SCN3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,559 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, HSPA12A, and MAP1A. Each is linked with SCN3B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN3B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN3B versus TMOD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
