SCN3B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN3B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SNRPD3, and GRK3. Each is linked with SCN3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN3B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN3B versus YPEL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
