Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN3B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCN3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, TFRC, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SCN3B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN3B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by SCN3B-low versus SCN3B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
