SCN3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,366 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, TRIOBP, and SOX10. Each is linked with SCN3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN3A versus LGALS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
