SCN3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,002 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5, UBE2T, and CCNB1. Each is linked with SCN3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5 grouped by SCN3A-low versus SCN3A-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
