SCN3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 698 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZRSR2, KCNAB3, and PRB2. Each is linked with SCN3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN3A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZRSR2 grouped by SCN3A-low versus SCN3A-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
