SCN2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,973 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAP2, CNRIP1, and SORBS1. Each is linked with SCN2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN2B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN2B versus CAP2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
