Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 227 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCN2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, Regulation of hydrogen peroxide metabolic process, and Negative regulation of ceramide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SCN2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN2B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition grouped by SCN2B-low versus SCN2B-high in OVARY.
