SCN1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,351 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR43, BMS1, and CD248. Each is linked with SCN1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN1B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN1B versus WDR43 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
