Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,541 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCN1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with SCN1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN1B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN1B versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
