Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCN1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,701 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Action potential propagation, Corticospinal tract morphogenesis, and Regulation of voltage-gated sodium channel activity. Each is linked with SCN1B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN1B-to-partner and partner-to-SCN1B results are reported.
