SCN11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCN11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,732 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCN11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA6, MFAP5, and OLFML1. Each is linked with SCN11A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCN11A-to-partner and partner-to-SCN11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCN11A versus ANXA6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCN11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCN11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
