SCML2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,158 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCMT1, RPS6, and RPL18A_S123. Each is linked with SCML2P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML2P2-to-partner and partner-to-SCML2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCML2P2 versus LCMT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
