Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK_pT202_Y204, PRDX1, and Src_pY416. Each is linked with SCML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML1-to-partner and partner-to-SCML1 results are reported.
