Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCLY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,935 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCLY-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P21, ATP5MC1, and SNF8. Each is linked with SCLY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLY-to-partner and partner-to-SCLY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P21 grouped by SCLY-low versus SCLY-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCLY→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCLY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
