Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCLY RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,284 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCLY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP biosynthetic process, Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with SCLY in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLY-to-partner and partner-to-SCLY results are reported.
