Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCLY protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,646 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCLY-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP1A1, KLF5, and CYP39A1. Each is linked with SCLY in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLY-to-partner and partner-to-SCLY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCLY versus ATP1A1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCLY→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCLY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
