Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCLY protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,254 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCLY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA topoisomerase (ATP-hydrolyzing) activity, Nuclear receptor-mediated steroid hormone signaling pathway, and Steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SCLY in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLY-to-partner and partner-to-SCLY results are reported.
