SCLY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCLY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCLY-associated genes across cancer lineages are STOML3, LCN1, and FAM187B. Each is linked with SCLY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLY-to-partner and partner-to-SCLY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STOML3 grouped by SCLY-low versus SCLY-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCLY→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCLY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
