Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCGB1C1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCGB1C1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SCGB1C1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCGB1C1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where SCGB1C1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
